Undergraduate music student selected as international finalist for the Gilberto Gagliardi Trombone Competition

Brian Scarborough, an undergraduate music student, is one of three international finalists for the Gilberto Gagliardi Trombone Competition, sponsored by the International Trombone Association. Brian will go to the ITA convention this July in Austin, TX, to compete. Judges include a first-call Los Angeles studio musician, the second trombonist of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Principal Trombonist of the RAI Orchestra of Torino, Italy. Brian is a student of Professor Michael Davidson.
